How the programs actually attach
Manufacturer rebates, special finance rates and lease programs are written against specific vehicles — a given model year, trim and configuration — not against the lineup as a whole. Eligibility-based programs such as loyalty, conquest, military and college offers stack differently again, and where a program requires proof, you’ll need documentation in hand at delivery. Bring the question to us early and we’ll tell you which programs the vehicle you like is actually eligible for.
- Cargo room, measured against your real week
- Hockey bags, a stroller, contractor totes, a dog crate. Load what you actually carry into the back of the demo before you decide the hold is big enough.
- Seating rows and who sits in them
- A third row changes the whole shape of the vehicle. If it would mostly ride folded flat, the two-row version usually gives you a better cargo floor and an easier vehicle to park.
- All-wheel drive for Midwest winters
- Between lake-effect snow, salted highways and unplowed side streets, AWD earns its keep here more often than it does in most of the country. Winter tires still matter just as much.
- Towing, where it applies
- Not every crossover is built to pull. If a trailer, camper or utility hauler is in the picture, tell us the load and we’ll match you to a configuration rated for it and spec the hitch and wiring correctly.
